Webflow
Where the code goes
Drag an Embed element where the form goes and paste the generated HTML. Don't use Webflow's Form block: it submits to Webflow, not to formto.
The origin to allow
Allow your custom domain and your webflow.io staging domain as allowed origins.
Thank-you handling
The script shows the thank-you message in place. For a Webflow thank-you page, set the form's success redirect to its URL.
File uploads
Add a file field to the definition and regenerate the embed; uploads go to formto with the response.
The code
Generated from the form’s fields (plain HTML with a small script). Replace YOUR_FORM_ID with your form’s public id, then restyle it; keep the field names and the hidden _gotcha honeypot.
<form id="formto-form" action="https://api.formto.io/f/YOUR_FORM_ID" method="post" enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded">
