These terms cover your use of formto, a form backend that stores, triages and sends on the responses your forms and agents submit. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping its credentials safe. The person who creates a workspace owns it and decides who else may use it.

Your data

You own the responses your forms collect. You give formto permission to store and process them only to run the service for you: storing them, triaging them, notifying you and sending them to the destinations you connect. You are responsible for having the right to collect what your forms ask for, and for telling the people who fill them in how you use their answers.

Acceptable use

Do not use formto to send spam, collect data you are not allowed to collect, phish for credentials or payment details, attack other systems, or break the law. We may suspend a workspace that does, and we will tell the owner why where we can.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade, but the Free plan's limits and retention apply from then on.

Availability and changes

We work to keep formto available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change the service and these terms; when a change matters to you, we will tell workspace owners by email before it takes effect.

Liability

formto is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.
